The Cosmopolitan is a unique luxury resort, hotel and casino located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. Guests enjoy oversized residential-styled living spaces with private terraces and breathtaking views of the Las Vegas skyline. The resort was opened on December 15, 2010. In 2013, the hotel was rated “The Best Hotel in the World” by Gogobot In 2015, the resort was named to the Conde Nast Traveller Gold List as one of the “Top Hotels in the World”.

ABRAJ AL BAIT, MECCA
The Abraj Al-Bait is a government-owned complex of seven skyscraper hotels in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. These towers are a part of the King Abdulaziz Endowment Project that aims to modernize the city in catering to its pilgrims. It features the world’s largest clock faces, its tallest tower rises over 600 meters high and is visible from miles around. Abraj Al Bait contains one of the best shopping malls in Makkah. Spreading over five levels, it contains around 3,989 shops and stores. The building complex is metres away from the world’s largest mosque and Islam’s most sacred site, the Great Mosque of Mecca. The developer and contractor of the complex are the Saudi Binladen Group, the Kingdom’s largest construction company.

WYNN PALACE, CHINA
Wynn Macau is a luxury hotel and casino resort in the Macau of the People’s Republic of China with two towers containing a total of 1,008 rooms and suites, approximately 273,000 square feet of casino space, over 59,000 square feet of retail space, eight casual and fine dining restaurants, two spas, a salon and a pool. Wynn hired Marnell Corrao Associates to design and build the resort. The resort was built at a cost of $2.7 billion, which made it the largest privately funded construction project in the nation. There are 12 restaurants and cafes, plus an ornate cocktail bar, an outdoor pool, a spa and a gym. Additional perks include a casino, an art gallery, a dancing fountain and a cable car.

APPLE PARK, CUPERTINO, US
The Apple Park is the corporate headquarters of Apple Inc., located in Cupertino, California, United States. It was opened to employees in April 2017, while construction was still underway. Apple is by far Cupertino’s largest employer. As of 2017, it opened its new $5 billion Apple Park headquarters in the city, with room for about 13,000 workers. Eighty per cent of the site consists of green space planted with drought-resistant trees and plants indigenous to the Cupertino area, and the centre courtyard of the main building features an artificial pond.

The Great Mosque of Mecca also known as Al-Masjid Al-Haram is a mosque that surrounds the Kaaba in mecca, in the Makkah Province of Saudi Arabia. It is a site of pilgrimage in the Hajj, which every Muslim must do at least once in their lives if able, and is also the main phase for the Umrah the lesser pilgrimage that can be undertaken any time of the year. The rites of both pilgrimages include circumambulating the Kaaba within the mosque. The Great Mosque of Mecca is the largest mosque in the world. The Sacred Mosque, or Great Mosque of Mecca, can accommodate up to four million people. This is the most expensive building on the list.
